2018-2019 Major Steer and Heifer Validation Dates
Here is the schedule I have for 2018 State Fair and 18-19 State Steer Validations
June 20, Swine validation all day, will make schedule with each advisor that ordered swine tags.
June 21, Lambs and Goats validation at the Expo from 4 -6 pm. Back barn
June 28, State Steer Validation, Gary Nelsons pens on 744 from 8 am – 1 PM
June 28, Heifer validation if needed. I will be traveling to the advisors that ordered uin’s prior to this day.

NCYE Show Pigs
I will start looking for pigs around November 10 and hope to have most purchased by early December. Please let me know if you would like me to find your project for you. They generally range in price from $300 to $500 but if you want purchase a more expensive project let me know and we can visit about it.
Those using the Ag Facilities will need to bring $25 per animal per month to cover pen rent. This fee will cover all de-worming, some basic medications for respiratory cases, and some general maintenance type upkeep. You must complete a barn contract to keep your animals at the barn.
NCYE Show Rabbits
I will be placing an order for rabbits around December 1. Rabbits are $50 each and you must have at least 3 to make a pen. Let me know how many you would like to purchase and bring me a check made out to Mildred FFA. I will pick up the rabbits sometime in February before validation.

Swine January 5, 2019 Navarro Expo Center 8am - 9am
Rabbits - Navarro County Born and Breed March 2, 2019 Navarro Expo Center 8am - 9:30am
Rabbits - Purchased Bunnies March 2, 2019 Navarro Expo Center 10:30am - Noon
